Building a stronger community involves managing our health through strong preventive agendas, by raising awareness to problematic conditions impacting specific demographics. Our health impacts our quality of life, and I am passionate about helping improve the overall health of individuals struggling with some of the nations most concerning diseases affecting our mortality rate. I enjoy teaching because it helps the other person GROW, with a goal of increasing their understanding and response time to crucial events that may occur. Training is a Vital part of the network process. As we learn with others it builds our confidence in ourselves and improves our overall safety and performance. We should all be provided with a Safe and Peaceful Haven to express ourselves freely!
